Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Experience performing essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train in equipment and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use computer reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well maintained.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize customer service.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring and training.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback in writing.
• Train staff on safety procedures and ensure safety awareness.
• Ensure timely and clear communication with all employees.
• Organize files and manuals and ensure reports are completed accurately.
• Manage merchandise placement, pricing and overall store presentation.
• Ensure all required employment posters are visible.
