7-Eleven, a global leader in convenience, is hiring for a Retail Assistant Manager in Akron, OH. Become part of a management team and gain valuable leadership experience as an Assistant Store Leader Trainee. We offer full-time hours and competitive pay.

You will oversee daily operations, coach and develop staff, and help execute merchandising and marketing programs while promoting our loyalty rewards. Training and career advancement are core to our inside culture. Pay: $12.75–$18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in retail management or supervision.
• Strong customer service and coaching skills.
• Experience implementing merchandising/marketing programs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Develop staff and maintain high retention by identifying and promoting talent.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions and promote the loyalty program.
