Buckle is opening a brand-new store at Round Rock Premium Outlets, Round Rock, TX. Join our team as a Teammate delivering legendary service, helping guests find the right merchandise, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll greet guests, answer questions, assist with product selection, and process transactions while maintaining store standards. Prior retail or customer-service experience is helpful; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Assist guests in locating or obtaining merchandise based on needs and desires.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests and teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
