• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory and trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service.
• Perform general administrative duties and learn Store Manager responsibilities.
• Deliver outstanding customer service as outlined in manuals.
• Promote and sell Hibbett services and merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Protect assets and financial information; report potential fraud.
