Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and operations.
Coordinate action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
Act in store manager's absence and supervise staff.
Provide knowledge and guidance across departments.
Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses for profitability.
Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
Keep Store Manager informed about inventory and customer trends.
Ensure quality customer service is maintained.
Perform general administrative duties and support managerial responsibilities.
Deliver exceptional customer service and promote store services and merchandise.
