Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern in Georgia to support daily store operations, assist guests, and learn how Buckle’s retail business works. You will gain hands-on experience in sales, merchandising, and guest service under store management.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with product selection, handling basic cashiering, and supporting the team with in-store tasks and internship duties. No prior experience required; pursuing a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• No prior experience or training required.
• Interest in long-term commitment with Buckle.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with product knowledge and locating merchandise.
• Support sales goals through upselling and guest engagement.
• Handle basic register tasks and maintain the sales floor.
• Participate in internship duties and weekly progress updates.
