Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales and Management Intern to support sales, merchandising, and store operations on-site in Woodstock, GA. You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn Buckle’s retail approach and develop foundational management skills.

The internship emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, and execution of daily tasks from cashiering to displays, helping you grow toward a supervisory role in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise; help locate merchandise.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and pulls; cashiering and checkout procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work with Store Manager to learn Buckle's retail operations and management.
