Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is offering a Sales and Management Internship in Brandon, FL. The program focuses on hands-on sales, merchandising, and operational tasks under store management guidance to build foundational leadership in Buckle’s retail business.

You will learn customer service excellence, product knowledge, and loss-prevention practices while developing a strong team-oriented mindset and ownership over assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university in a relevant field; no prior experience or training necessary.
• No visa sponsorship is available.
• Interested in long‑term commitment with Buckle.

Responsibilities

• Complete Teammate Orientation, Beginning Leadership, and Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring sections of the Buckle Management Manual.
• Provide weekly reports and progress updates to the Area Manager and District Manager.
• Develop an understanding of Buckle’s products, sales presentation and merchandising process.
• Lead and motivate the team by tracking the department or company tool through Performance Tracker.
• Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
