Room & Board seeks a Retail Leadership Associate for our Edina Showroom. You’ll lead from the showroom floor, mentor staff, and champion a customer-first culture in a high-energy, sales-focused environment.

Spend your time developing teams, creating engaging showroom experiences, and building relationships with customers. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering exceptional service daily.

At Room & Board, we're seeking a Retail Leadership Associate to round out our strong leadership team in our Edina Showroom. Your primary area of focus will be to foster relationships, mentor staff members, and champion a customer-first culture. This is a high-impact, hands‑on leadership position in a sales-focused, customer-centric environment. You'll spend the majority of your time on the showroom floor, with a primary focus on team development and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Showroom Location:

7010 France Avenue South

Edina, MN 55435

Store Hours:

Monday - Friday: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Sunday: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off. This schedule is subject to change to meet the needs of the business so flexibility with your schedule is necessary.

What you bring to the role as a Retail Leadership Associate:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a customer-centric retail environment, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. • Ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships and collaborate on business strategies informed by market trends.
• Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire.

• Salary: $73,000 - $88,000 / year, depending on experience.
