Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to perform cashiering, stocking and merchandising duties.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers, operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise: receiving, unpacking, stocking, restocking and display.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; control damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and facility controls.
• Assist in planogram implementation and maintenance; ensure proper presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability, deposits and refunds; count tills and bank deposits.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
