Job summary

SSA Group is hiring a Retail Lead to oversee store teams and drive sales at partner attractions in Hawaii. You will work with supervisors to motivate staff, manage floor operations, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to company policies and state/federal labor laws.

The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and teamwork. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail, strong communication, and leadership abilities; familiarity with POS systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of retail experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interactions with management, staff and guests.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to develop and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors in leading and motivating staff to exceed customer and client expectations.
• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
