Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15-35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladders or platforms.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department under guidance of Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager.
• Deliver the best service to customers and guide teammates.
• Hire and train teammates; participate in interviews and tours.

• Plan 30-days-out operations and workforce alignment.
