Job summary

Converse Long Beach is seeking a Retail Supervisor who is energetic and passionate about the brand. You will lead store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and help drive the consumer journey in a fast-paced footwear environment.

The role requires full-time availability, including nights, weekends and holidays, and offers employee discounts, growth opportunities, and benefits as part of Nike, Inc. family programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (U.S)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods with or without accommodations
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Converse products and services to best support customer needs
• Bring a positive attitude and passion to teammates and customers daily
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with SOLE to bring the consumer journey to life
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey

• Operate a cash register, shipping/receiving duties, stock products, and build visual displays
