Converse Somerville is hiring a Retail Supervisor to lead our store team and deliver the iconic Nike, Converse experience. You’ll be 18+, with at least 1 year in retail or consumer service, and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on latest products and technologies.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Converse products to support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with SOLE to bring the consumer journey to life.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step.
• Operate a cash register, shipping, receiving, stocking, cleaning and building displays.
