Job summary

Nike, Inc.'s Converse Somerville seeks a Retail Supervisor who is energetic, customer-focused and ready to lead a team in a fast-paced store. You will oversee daily operations, support associates and ensure a compelling in-store experience.

You must have at least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience, be available nights, weekends and holidays, and be comfortable learning about the latest products. This full-time role includes benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
