Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery’s Chicago Harry Potter store team is seeking a store operations associate to support daily store functions, guest engagement, and department sales goals in a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

You will coach staff, assist with staffing plans, and work closely with the assistant manager to drive guest satisfaction and store performance, including overnight and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of premium retail experience (retail management preferred).
• Proven customer service excellence and a positive attitude.
• Good business sense with ability to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Coach store staff to meet expectations and promote guest experience.
• Support staffing and zoning plans for all associates.
• Serve as lead contact for store employees and coordinate with the assistant manager.
• Promote service standards and lead by example.
• Ensure smooth guest experiences and handle issues professionally.
