American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring Retail Sales Lead Generators to work inside major home improvement retailers in Chula Vista, CA. This part-time, in-store role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting, with uncapped commission and weekly pay.

You will connect with homeowners, discuss home comfort needs, and introduce ARS heating, cooling, and energy‑efficiency solutions. Training is provided, with paths into HVAC sales roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to engage shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability is expected.
• Reliable transportation to store locations is required.
• Professional, clean appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Must be able to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Initiate friendly conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Explain how ARS services help customers with heating, cooling, and home improvements.
• Offer and schedule a free in-home consultation when appropriate.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a positive, professional store presence and collaborate with store staff.
• Support in-store promotions and assist in delivering a great customer experience.
