ARS is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations, where you'll speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, energy savings, and ways ARS can benefit their home.

This high-energy role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting. No door-to-door sales or cold calling, with weekly in-office meetings and flexible part-time/full-time options.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Start friendly, in-person conversations with shoppers about home comfort and energy efficiency.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling and home improvement solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
• Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
• Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence and support in-store promotions.
