Job summary

TXB is seeking a Lead Customer Service Associate in Kyle, TX to support store management in completing store tasks and leading team members. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and ensuring accurate transactions.

The position requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment and training new team members. Responsibilities include greeting customers, balancing the register, processing transactions, and maintaining store housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship experience is required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the location and assist with questions or price discrepancies.
• Balance cash register at the beginning and end of shift and process transactions accurately.
