Job summary

Seright's Ace Hardware is seeking a Retail Supervisor / Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) in Idaho. This full-time role combines store leadership with local merchandise deliveries across Post Falls, Coeur d’Alene, and Rathdrum locations, primarily on Tuesday–Saturday with closing shifts.

Compensation is $22–$24 per hour, plus benefits as described. The ideal candidate leads by example, provides excellent customer service, manages daily tasks, and coordinates safe deliveries while upholding store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to guide associates and exercise good judgement.
• Willingness to learn hardware and home improvement products.
• Availability Tuesday–Saturday, with primarily closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful, knowledgeable service and lead store team.
• Act as manager on duty when assigned and oversee daily tasks.
• Coordinate deliveries and transfers between store locations.
• Ensure safe loading, unloading, and vehicle inspections.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floors and stockrooms.
