Job summary

Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage is seeking a Retail Lead to help manage day-to-day operations of the convenience store. You will supervise staff, ensure smooth opening and closing, stock merchandise, and deliver friendly service to guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year guest service experience or training.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Experience supervising or supporting staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures bank is counted and balanced with safe.
• Receive and process new merchandise.
• Maintain orderly and neat presentation of retail merchandise.
• Responsible for replenishment and stocking of inventory.
• Perform duties and follow all procedures related to opening/closing.
• Monitor and report problems to Retail Manager.
• Assist and direct Team Members with assignments.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
