Job summary

Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative in Newport, Oregon, is seeking a full-time Front of House Lead to deliver outstanding customer service at the BottleDrop Redemption Center. You will act as Person-in-Charge when the Supervisor is away and ensure safety and policy adherence.

Responsibilities include cash handling, supervising team members, training, and maintaining equipment. Requires high school diploma or GED and 1+ years supervisory retail experience with cash handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED education required.
• 1+ years’ supervisory experience, preferable in the retail industry with cash handling required.
• Be familiar with OBRC Employee Handbook and BottleDrop Policy and Procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate professionally at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service at the BottleDrop Redemption Center.
• Act as Person-in-Charge when Supervisor is not on site.
• Cash handling and daily register accuracy.
• Train and oversee BottleDrop Team Members.
• Operate, troubleshoot and maintain front of house equipment.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and OBRC policies.
