Job summary

True Religion seeks a Co Manager for the Desert Hills location to partner with the Store Manager in driving store performance and team leadership on the sales floor. You will coach associates, manage daily operations, and ensure brand and operational standards are met.

You will lead as Manager on Duty, support staffing and scheduling, and protect assets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a fast-paced, sales-driven mindset and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in a retail supervisory or management role in fashion or specialty retail.
• Demonstrated ability to drive or support store KPIs (sales, payroll, shrink).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive business results with the Store Manager to meet KPIs such as sales and profitability.
• Lead as Manager on Duty, oversee shifts, set expectations, and ensure customer focus.
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance and engagement.
• Staffing, scheduling, and workload planning to align with traffic and business needs.
• Protect assets and address issues with Sound judgment in partnership with Loss Prevention.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and internal talent development.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and model the True Religion selling culture.
