Job summary

Curaleaf seeks a Manager, Retail Labor Analytics to lead labor modeling and scheduling across a multi-unit retail network. You will own forecasting, workforce planning, and reporting, partnering with Retail Operations, Finance, HR, and store leadership to optimize staffing and drive profitability.

This on-site role in a multi-state environment leverages Dayforce and advanced analytics to shape the company’s labor strategy and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in labor modeling, planning, analytics, and retail operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise labor models aligned with customer demand and workload.
Build forecasting models using sales trends, traffic, promotions, and seasonality.
Create staffing plans by store volume and format with leadership input.
Own workforce management tools and scheduling (Dayforce).
Ensure schedules align with models, peak traffic, and operational needs.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports translating data into insights.
