Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Murfreesboro, TN to open and close the store, manage the cash register, and assist customers with sales.

The role requires a positive, customer-focused approach and reliable leadership to maintain daily operations and ensure an organized shopping environment. Responsibilities include greeting customers, executing promotions, accurately operating the POS, and maintaining stock and store appearance.

• One year of retail experience (or experience related in this field).

• Create an exciting shopping experience by staying connected with customer needs.
• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Basic math skills, POS system, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry and drive sales using the Five Steps to a Sale.
• Offer current promotions and special offers; operate the POS system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service through calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize the store.
• Receive new shipments and reset features and promotions as directed.
• Open and close the store, prepare cash bank, and complete opening/closing checklists.
