Qualifications

• Experience as Supervisor, Key holder, or Assistant Manager.
• Solid sales principles and customer service understanding.
• Proficiency with Apple devices and G Suite; POS systems experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in-store with flexible retail hours.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to meet/exceed store sales goals.
• Proactively engage customers with personalized styling.
• Build client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
