Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a reliable retail team member to support store operations, assist with opening and closing, cash handling, stock control and merchandising. You will help deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to achieving store KPIs while maintaining a clean, well-presented environment.

This role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a high school diploma.

• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

You will be responsible for assisting with administrative and operational duties and general store security.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and drive the store’s success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer‑facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
