Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the store management in daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, stock control and merchandising.
• Be a role model with a positive attitude and strong product knowledge.
• Deliver authentic customer service that creates memorable experiences for shoppers.
• Help achieve sales goals and store KPIs; support local marketing efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and inventory controls.
• Own stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines to support store KPI delivery.

You will be responsible for assisting with administrative and operational duties and general store security.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and drive the store’s success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer‑facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
