Overview

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, service‑oriented individual who enjoys working with a team and is ready to step in as the go‑to person in the absence of the Store Manager. This role is a role model for the team, remains cool, calm, and collected under pressure, and serves as a fountain of knowledge on product and standards. The candidate will assist with administrative and operational duties and general store security.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times.
• Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers by offering authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics and drive the store’s success by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership over stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience working in a customer‑facing role.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
