Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide, a global marketer of branded footwear, is seeking a Store Associate to join our retail team. You will support daily store operations, deliver authentic customer service, and help meet sales goals while maintaining a clean, well-presented environment.

Candidates should have prior retail or customer-facing experience, be flexible on schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and commit to brand standards and loss prevention policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
• Create amazing customer experiences by offering authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success as an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Supervisory experience preferred, but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
