KARM Stores is seeking a Retail Key Holder to support daily store operations, lead shifts as Manager on Duty, and ensure a high level of customer service. The role emphasizes policy compliance, cash control, and team leadership to meet sales targets while upholding KARM Stores’ mission and values.

The candidate should have some retail leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, and be comfortable with POS systems and iPad-based technology.

Competenze

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail leadership or key holder experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash accurately.
• Comfort with iPad-based tech and store apps.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
