AKIRA is seeking an enthusiastic Keyholder to support store leadership and drive sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will assist the assistant manager, support stylists and cashiers, and model AKIRA’s ownership mindset to deliver results.

The role emphasizes leading by example, upholding policies, and maintaining a vibrant, high-energy store environment focused on fashion-forward style and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer-facing experience.
• Top sales performer track record is a plus.
• Open availability to meet store needs.
• Passion for fashion and staying on top of trends.
• High energy and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
• Experience in visual merchandising and customer service.
• Positive attitude toward change and new directions.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Foster and maintain high store morale.

• Support the team by completing necessary operational tasks.
• Fulfill end-of-shift responsibilities as directed by the Manager.
