Job summary

AKIRA is seeking a committed Keyholder to support store leadership, drive sales, and mentor stylists and cashiers to deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. The role focuses on modeling AKIRA’s ownership mindset and upholding store standards.

The Keyholder will foster morale, execute selling strategies, and ensure policies are followed while guiding the team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
• Proven track record as a top performer in sales is a plus.

Physical Requirements
