AKIRA is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to join our fashion-forward team in Texas. You will support store leadership, drive sales, and uphold AKIRA’s customer-first culture while guiding stylists and cashiers to deliver an exceptional experience.

With 1–2 years in retail or related roles, you’ll lead by example, maintain morale, and ensure the store meets daily and monthly targets. The role offers full-time hours, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in retail sales or customer-facing role.
• Proven track record as a top sales performer is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities are essential.
