Job summary

GameStop in Philadelphia seeks a Retail Keyholder to support store leadership, greet guests, and drive sales through product knowledge and service.

You will process purchases, handle returns, manage inventory, and keep the store clean, organized, and inviting for every guest.

Requirements include 18+, HS diploma or equivalent, 1 year of retail experience preferred; English fluency, bilingual Spanish a plus; ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with video gaming needs, promote promotions and trade-in program.
• Support the shopping environment and nurture guest relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Address guest comments or questions in person or on the phone to ensure top-notch service.
• Promote GameStop’s guest benefits, such as title reservations and Pro Rewards loyalty program.
• Ensure store areas are clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines; maintain fixtures and equipment.
• Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.
• Safeguard assets via inventory control and loss prevention practices.
