Job summary

GameStop in the New York area is seeking a Retail Keyholder to assist the store management team with daily operations and ensure top-notch guest service. You will be active in guiding guests through trades, reservations, and special promotions, while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

You will support sales goals, handle inventory tasks, and help drive loyalty through the Pro Rewards and other programs.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service skills and the ability to assist guests in meeting their gaming needs.
• Clear verbal and written communication, with fluent English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Support store environment and nurture guest relationships to drive sales.
• Process purchases and returns accurately via POS system.
• Promote GameStop guest benefits and loyalty programs.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.
• Safeguard assets with inventory control and loss prevention.
