Rhone Apparel, Inc. is seeking a Retail Key Holder at our Brickell City Center location in Miami, FL. You will lead floor operations, model exceptional customer service, and act as the point of contact for daily store questions.

This role rewards hands-on leadership, product knowledge, and collaboration with the Store Manager to ensure a smooth omni-channel experience and a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willing to learn Rhone products and policies.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on the sales floor and answer customer questions.
• Mentor team members and model great customer experience and product knowledge.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates.
• Foster and support a productive employee culture.
• Gather feedback from customers and team members to report to store management.
• Deliver results while keeping the customer first and supporting omni-channel goals.
• Build relationships with customers, team members, and partners.
• Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits.
• Assess customer needs and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving with store management.
• Keep stockroom neat and organized.
