Job summary

SalonCentric in Wichita, KS, part of L’Oréal USA, seeks friendly sales associates to serve salon professionals and retail customers with exceptional service.

You will learn our hair and beauty brands, process sales, stock shelves, conduct inventories, and keep the store inviting. Weekend availability is required, and we offer an employee discount and ongoing education opportunities in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• POS system experience; SAP preferred.
• Must work weekends; full-time status expected.
• 18+ with HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shifts.
• US work authorization; sponsorship not offered.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
• Salary Range:

From: $15.60

To: $17.60
