Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is hiring for a Retail Sales Associate. You will deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals, sell premier beauty brands, and educate customers on promotions, events and products.

You will maintain store appearance, process transactions, and participate in inventories, while growing knowledge of hair and beauty trends. The role offers weekday and weekend hours with employee discounts and opportunities for growth within the SalonCentric

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system (SAP preferred).
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age with High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship.

Requirements:

Salary Range:

From: $15.80
