SalonCentric, a division of L’Oréal USA, is seeking friendly professionals to deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals. You will promote top beauty brands, educate customers on promotions, and process transactions while maintaining an engaging store environment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk for shifts.
• Authorization to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Wow the Customer by delivering exceptional service to Salon professionals.
• Deliver Results by selling top professional beauty brands and educating customers on promotions and events.
• Process and replenish merchandise; participate in inventories and cycle counts.
• Maintain store appearance and handle sales and returns transactions.
• Gain product knowledge and share beauty trends with customers.

Requirements:
