Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Colorado Springs to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge in a fast-paced beauty environment. You will assist customers, operate the POS, and contribute to stock replenishment and store upkeep.

The role emphasizes weekend availability, product training, and growth opportunities within the SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA family.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
