SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking qualified candidates for a retail position in the Tampa, FL area. You will deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals and consumers, educate customers on promotions, and assist with inventory and store upkeep.

This role emphasizes product knowledge in hair and beauty brands and active collaboration with a team to meet goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail experience, the ability to work

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Salon professionals and consumers.
• Sell professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions and events.
• Process sales and returns; replenish merchandise; assist with inventories and cycle counts.
• Maintain store appearance and stay informed about product knowledge and trends.
• Collaborate with team to reach goals and corporate initiatives.

Salary Range:

From: $15.60
