Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our store teams. You will deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals, sell top beauty brands, and educate customers on promotions, events, and products.

You will gain continuous education on hair and beauty products, enjoy desirable hours with major holidays off, and have opportunities for growth within the SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA family. Must be able to lift 20 lbs and work weekends.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized POS system; SAP experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• 18 years or older with HS Diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Sell top professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, events, and products; process sales and returns.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with inventories and cycle counts.

Requirements

• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift

Salary Range

From: $15.60

To: $17.60
