Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking motivated individuals to join our store teams in Fort Myers, FL. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, learn about professional beauty brands, and help clients select products and promotions.

This role emphasizes flexibility, weekend availability, and ongoing education on hair and beauty products, with opportunities for growth within SalonCentric and the L’Oréal USA family.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• 18+ years old, HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Must lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk the store.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $15.60

To: $17.60
