Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, seeks enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge in a fast-paced beauty environment.

You will help customers, learn about the latest hair and beauty products, and participate in store operations. Opportunities for growth, discounts, and education on products are offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• 18+ years old; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Lift up to 20 lbs. and stand/walk during shift.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $18.70

To: $20.70
