Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and educate Salon professionals on top beauty brands. The role offers employee discounts, growth opportunities, and ongoing product knowledge training in a fast-paced store environment.

You will join a creative team that values integrity, teamwork and expert brand representation while supporting customers across standard retail hours with most major holidays off.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.

Salary Range:

From: $15.60

To: $17.60
