Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and expertise on Skechers products to ensure customers have a great fit and experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, and uphold security and standards.
• Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks such as customer service and sales.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets through effective selling techniques.
