Job summary

K&G Fashion Superstore in Springdale, OH is seeking a Retail Key Holder to support the Store Manager in driving sales, customer service and store operations. You will be the on-duty leader and open/close the store, coach staff, and reinforce brand standards.

You’ll help create an inclusive, engaging environment, train employees, review store reports, and participate in outreach to grow business. Candidates should have at least 1 year in retail or sales and strong communication.

Qualifications
