Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Michigan to open/close the store, manage cash, and assist customers. You will perform the Five Steps to a Sale, promote promotions, and ensure smooth POS operations.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in retail, a customer‑focused mindset, and reliable teamwork skills. Weekend and evening availability is required, with up to 20 hours per week and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience or related field.
• Enthusiasm about leading and helping customers.
• Self-motivated with reliability and accountability.
• Able to stay organized and learn store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry and assist with sales.
• Execute a structured sales process and promote current offers.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Support in-store promotions and special orders.
• Open and close the store, manage cash as needed.
• Receive shipments and maintain visual merchandising.
• Complete opening/closing checklists and housekeeping tasks.
