Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Wisconsin to open and close the store, manage the cash register, and assist customers while keeping the store organized and inviting.

The role emphasizes strong retail knowledge, punctuality, and a proactive, service-driven approach to sales, promotions, and daily operations. Weekend/evenings availability is expected in a dynamic retail environment.

• Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft office.
• Able to perform basic math functions.
• Flexible and thrives in fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer on entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards, engages your consumer, and stimulates them to buy.
• Receive and place new shipments.
• Reset features and promotions as directed.
• Complete regular housekeeping tasks.
• Open and/or close the store as scheduled.
• Prepare cash bank at opening.
• Prepare and make nightly cash deposits at closing.
• Complete opening or closing checklist for every shift.
